For Riders:

1. Verify Your Ride:
   Always double-check the details of your ride. Confirm the car model, color, and license plate number before entering the vehicle. Make sure the Driver’s name and photo match the information on your PriceRides app.
2. Share Your Trip Details:
   Share your trip details with a friend or family member, including the Driver’s name, car details, and estimated arrival time. You can easily do this within the PriceRides app.
3. Take Comfort in the Back Seat:
   For Riders safety, we recommend taking comfort in the back seat during the ride. This provides more space and adds an extra layer of security for the Driver and Riders.
4. Follow Safe Routes:
   Trust the recommended route within the PriceRides app and avoid unnecessary or lengthy conversations with the PriceRides Driver that could potentially cause distractions for a safe ride.
5. Safety Concerns:
   If there is ever a concern for safety during the ride, end the ride and contact PriceRides Support Team for assistance.
6. Use Seatbelts:
   Always utilize the vehicles safety seatbelts, regardless of how short the ride may be. This is a simple but essential practice to ensure everyone’s safety.

For Drivers:

1. Verify Passenger Details:
   Confirm that the passenger’s identity matches the details shown in the PriceRides app before starting the ride. If there are ever any safety concerns, all Drivers have the right to cancel and/or refuse the ride.
2. Follow all Traffic Laws:
   Always obey traffic laws and drive responsibly. Prioritize the safety as a Driver, all Passengers, and others on the road.
3. Keep the PriceRides App open:
   Keep the PriceRides app open during the trip for navigation and safety monitoring. This ensures that the trip is tracked and accessible in case of Emergencies.
4. Respect all Passengers:
   Be courteous and respectful to all Passengers. Create a comfortable and safe environment for all throughout the trip.
5. Maintain the registered PriceRides Vehicle:
   Ensure your vehicle is in good working condition, with up-to-date maintenance and cleanliness. A well-maintained car is essential for providing a safe ride.

In case of an emergency, the PriceRides app has a built-in emergency button that directly connects the Driver to the local authorities and sends the registered PriceRides vehicle’s location in real time.
